New HP $250 Coupon for dv6t Select and dv7t Quad Laptops

HP has issued a coupon for $250 off that works for both the Pavilion dv6t Select and dv7t Quad laptops. Just use coupon code NBY7547 at checkout when purchasing either laptop and $250 will be taken off. The coupon expires on 4/28/2012 or after 500 uses, whichever comes first.

The final price after the coupon NBY7547 is applied on the dv6t Select Edition comes to $599.99 with the following base configuration:

The $599.99 price tag is decent for this configuration, it’s not a screaming buy and we have seen better deals, but it’s certainly better than the regular $699.99 price.

The dv7t Quad Edition is $999.99 after the NBY7547 coupon is applied. That’s not a good deal at all and is in fact the same as regular price, HP takes away the automatic instant rebate (the coupon is not stackable) when the coupon is applied. Last week we saw this same laptop for $699.99 after coupon so it’s a full $300 more this week! Hold off on buying the dv7t Quad Edition, it’s not a good deal at all right now. You can wait and see if HP finally releases their rumored new Intel Ivy Bridge laptops and see if they offer better deals than this dv7t Quad offers.
